So that you have time to receive the shopping list and to register for breakout rooms, please note that workshop registration closes at 11:59pm on Sunday, Nov. 30.
What features should we analyze when tasting a wine? How do we describe how it tastes? In this inaugural Tango Wine Club workshop, we’ll explore in depth the five primary components of wine tasting, and you’ll apply these wine analysis skills in real time during a guided tasting of Pinot Noir (optional, and shopping guidelines will be emailed to you once you have registered).
Next, we’ll journey to some of the best regions known for Pinot Noir. You’ll discover how this sensitive varietal reflects its growing conditions, and how these factors, plus the skill of the winemaker, create the elegance and finesse that Pinot Noir is known for.
We’ll finish with a general discussion of food pairing suggestions before heading into optional breakout rooms. A Google form, to indicate your breakout room preference (1- opt out, 2 – anyone, or 3 – specify which friends of yours who have also already registered) will be emailed to you after you register. Please submit your breakout room preference by Monday, Dec.1.
All are welcome and no prior wine knowledge is required!Â
After the workshop, as a thank-you all attendees will be emailed a 30% discount for a future à la carte workshop and a 30% discount on the Spring 2026 Membership Series.Â
