Are you curious about the differences between Champagne, Prosecco, and Cava? Join us to improve your savoir-faire of the differences between these bubbles, and others referred to in the more general “sparkling wine” category. You might just discover a new favorite to try this New Year’s Eve!
In addition, did you know that sparkling wine is one of the most versatile food-wines out there? These wines delight to be paired with a variety of flavors. You’ll leave this workshop better informed to select bubbles to pop open at midnight on New Year’s! for your holiday gatherings, to take as a host/-ess gift when you’re the guest, and of course, to pop open at midnight on New Year’s!
We’ll finish with optional breakout rooms so that you can discuss what you are tasting with your friends or other wine enthusiasts. A Google form, to indicate your breakout room preference (1- opt out, 2 – anyone, or 3 – specify friends of yours who have also already registered) will be emailed to you after you register. Please submit your breakout room preferences by Friday, Dec. 19 (early because of the holidays).
