refund policy

Please find our Refund policy below. 

For single workshops or workshop series:

100% refund: If you need to cancel and you make the request up to three (3) business days before either the first workshop in the series or the date of a single workshop (e.g., by the end of day Monday for a Thursday single workshop or for a Thursday workshop-series start) you will receive a full refund. Please make your request using the Contact form.  

$25 cancellation fee: For refund requests made one to two (1-2) business days or less before either the first workshop in a series or before the date of a single workshop (e.g. requests made Tuesday or by the end of day Wednesday for a Thursday single workshop or for a Thursday workshop-series start) you will receive a refund less a $25 cancellation fee. Please make your request using the Contact form.  

Same-day forward: On the date of the first workshop (in the semester series) forward, or on the day itself of a Single Workshop/class, no refunds will be granted. You may transfer your workshop registration to a friend, however, by sharing your link with them! (You are responsible for ensuring that this person is over 21. If you would kindly use the Contact form to notify us of this change, and the substitute attendee’s first and last name, it would be greatly appreciated.)
